Audree provides 1:1 Dance Movement Psychotherapy (DMP) sessions within our LGBTQ+ Youth Service.
Audree is a trainee DMP and a student member of both the Association of Dance Movement Psychotherapy UK (ADMPUK) and United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP).
Dance Movement Psychotherapy is a relational process where movement and dance, alongside other creative mediums, are used for expression and communication.
Audree has experience working with young people in mainstream and Special Educational Needs schools. Their DMP sessions aim to promote self-compassion and acceptance while being tailored to the individual’s therapeutic needs.
In her spare time, Audree enjoys cooking meals with friends, hula hooping and swimming in the ocean.
