Andrea – Income Director

Andrea is in the process of joining our board as a non-executive Director supporting the operational functions of Free2B.

Andrea has spent many years working in the local authority, specialising in community engagement and championing Equality, Diversity and Inclusion. She’s passionate about building relationships and creating spaces where families and young people feel welcomed, represented and able to shape the services around them.

She also serves as a governor at a primary school and previously volunteered as a youth worker with Free2B at our Gap Youth Club.

Outside of work, you’ll often find Andrea enthusiastically attempting to roller skate (with enthusiasm more than skill), keeping active through fitness, or sticking to her commitment of reading one book a month.
