David is a non-executive Director and our Treasurer, maintaining an overview of our finances and compliance.

David is a qualified accountant and founder of Carr Accounting Studio, where he works with entrepreneurs and small businesses to help them build strong, sustainable organisations. David brings experience across finance, strategy and technology, and is particularly interested in how clear financial management can help purpose-led organisations grow their impact.

He is proud to support the work Free2B does with LGBTQ+ young people and their families.

When he’s not working with spreadsheets, David enjoys staying active and teaching group fitness classes.
