LUCIE – DIRECTOR & CO-FOUNDER
Lucie is our Principal Lead with responsibility for overseeing day to day operations.
Lucie has extensive experience working both at ground level supporting clients with complex needs as well as project design, delivery and management with a particular focus on youth. She continues to deliver group work and coordinates our youth council – Rainbow Power.
Lucie is motivated by the continued need to improve LGBTQ+ inclusion within education and employment (and a strange fondness for spreadsheets!).
