sofia- Trainee Therapist

Sofia provides 1:1 Dance Movement Psychotherapy (DMP) sessions within our LGBTQ+ Youth Service. 

Sofia is a Dance Movement Psychotherapist Trainee from Goldsmiths University of London, on her final year of training, registered with the Association of Dance Movement Psychotherapy UK (ADMPUK).

Sofia has extensive experience working with young people in the educational and community settings, using a creative approach to provide support and foster growth and personal development.

Sofia keeps her creative practice alive by performing alongside other artists, and, in her free time, she enjoys staying active and reading fantasy books.
