This Week at Wednesday Wellbeing!

This Mental Health Awareness Week, the theme is “Movement: moving more for our mental health.” 🚶‍♀️🌈 At this week’s Wednesday Wellbeing session, we brainstormed loads of fun ways to get our bodies moving, including:

• Drama 🎭
• Swimming 🏊
• Musical theatre 🎤
