At Free2B, empowering LGBTQ+ young people is at the heart of everything we do. Our 2025-2027 strategy sets out our ambitious plan to meet their evolving needs and deepen our impact.

This strategy reflects extensive collaboration with our members and builds on 10 years of experience, incorporating insights from surveys, focussed strategy sessions with stakeholders and lived experiences.

Our key priorities for 2025-2027:

Respond: Use data to inform community needs and develop tailored support.
Educate: Expand training to meet evolving community needs.
Reach: Strengthen partnerships to ensure more young people can access safe spaces.
