Pro Bono Economics has been working with us since March 2023 to evaluate the wellbeing benefits of our services and translate them into economic terms. Their research will demonstrate the financial value of supporting LGBTQ+ young people, strengthening our case to policymakers and funders.

Here’s what Pro Bono Economics had to say about our partnership:

“PBE has been working with Free2B Alliance since March 2023. Our goal is to empower organisations like Free2B in effectively communicating their impact in ways that resonate with policymakers and funders. We have supported their team through training, advice sessions, and now a detailed economic research project. This evaluation aims to demonstrate, in monetary terms, the mental health improvements in LGBTQ+ young people who participate in Free2B’s services. As a result, a report will be published and promoted throughout the UK, with its findings shared in a webinar that will include key stakeholders advocating for support for LGBTQ+ youth. This research is in collaboration with the #BeeWell programme.”
