We are looking for a Lead Youth Worker to take the Lead at our LGBTQ+ youth club The Gap and deliver a safe and inclusive space for LGBTQ+ young people aged 13-19 (and up to 25 for those with complex additional needs).

The Gap provides a safe, social space for LGBTQ+ young people. The club meets every Friday 6-8pm (safeguarded venue near Clapham Junction station).

We offer a wide range of youth curriculum activities and sessions covering both mainstream youth and LGBTQ+ specific topics as well as special events, off-site trips and even residentials!

• Part time role – 7 hours per week
• £17 – £18.50 per hour depending on experience
• Applications will be reviewed as they are received: Suitable candidates will be invited for an in-person interview followed by a paid youth club trial session.
