LGBTQ+ Youth Service: Community Support Worker (pt 21 hours pw)

1 year fixed term contract

£14742 – £16380 per annum (dependant on level of experience) +3% pension employer contribution.

Based across Wandsworth borough with flexible locations including our office at 108 Battersea High Street, various secondary schools and community venues (as well as some home working in the current Covid environment).

We are looking for a community support worker to contribute to the delivery of our LGBTQ+ youth provision. Supporting young people aged 13+, (and some pre teens) through 1:1 targeted intensive support and some group provisions, offering a safe space for young people to explore their situations and develop the necessary skills, strategies and resilience to manage the difficulties they face.
